When you book any training with us you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our terms and conditions:

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. These changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time you visit our site. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.
 

Booking a Session or Training Course

1. To book a class, please call or email us to schedule a suitable day and time. Please note that availability depends on the slots open for the day. (This information pertains to new clients only. Existing clients must contact us via phone or text messages).

2. Payments are required 7 days before the session begins.

3. Cheque payments are accepted only from registered companies in the UK.

4. Diploma students can choose any time between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (weekends limited to 3 to 4 hours due to high demand). Tutors will vary based on the topics covered.
   (Non refundable course after 20 hrs are Completed)

5. We operate from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Weekend sessions are available between 9 am and 7 pm based on our availability due to high demand.

6. Training classes will be paused if payment is not received on the specified dates as per the invoices. Once half payment for any training is made, your place will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation either on the same day or the following day.
    

Cancellation Policy

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or transfers for training sessions canceled on the day or within 24 hours. We require at least 48 hours' notice for session rescheduling or cancellation.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied after your first session, please contact us, and we will work to address your concerns. If you remain dissatisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee. Refunds are not valid after you have completed more than 6 hrs in some training courses and 20 hrs in Diploma.
 

Class Cancellation or Rescheduling

If we cancel or reschedule a class due to accidents, train and tube delays, or health issues, your session hours will not be affected. We will arrange an alternative session for you as soon as possible.

For Delegates Booked via Reed Courses

You have the right to cancel your course purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you redeem your voucher during this period, you lose the right to cancel and request a refund.
 

Non-Attendance Policy

If you cease attending classes without informing us for two months, your registration will be canceled. Exceptions are made for medical reasons or the death of a close relative, supported by appropriate certificates.
 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information unless required by law. The data we collect will be treated confidentially and used only for the intended purpose. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
